With an entrancing lo-fi trip-hop sound, Oslo Twins's new single Breath is a melancholic masterpiece.

'For us, Breath is a very nocturnal, urban-feeling song about feeling cut off from the world.' The track hints toward insomnia and panic, but there is a sense of acceptance coming from the gentle and complex rhythms of the track and the softness of the vocals.

"I came across Oslo Twins through a
recommendation from a fan. I was immediately enamoured with their writing and the singer Claudia’s singular, distinctive voice. sHE'S Probably my favourite vocalist at the moment"

Breath was produced with Ali Chant (Yard Act, Katy J Pearson, Aldous Harding) at his very own 'Playroom' studio in Bristol. It forms the first instalment of Oslo Twin's debut EP, which is to be released on Ali Chant's label 'Fascination Street'.

It features Harry Furniss from 'Bingo Fury' (horn) and Tom Connolly from rising Bristol group 'Quade' (fiddle). The single is accompanied by a psychedelic and moving animated music video by Max Mason. 'We wanted the video to have a moody, Edward-Hopper-style metropolitan ambience,' says lead singer Claudia Vulliamy. 'I love how Max has responded to the track.'
